Where we stand today, unvarnished

SISCON's OutSystems partner certification is in progress and we do not yet have an OutSystems use case in production. We say it up front because we would rather lose a project for telling the truth than win one on promises we cannot keep.

What we can do today: assign OutSystems architects and developers under our Staffing model, with the profile and experience level we define together in the discovery session. And contribute the analysis and design of the solution, where we already have documented work in the financial sector.

Digital loan origination for pensioners

Context

A Mexican financial institution in the pension sector that places loans to IMSS (Mexico's social security institute) pensioners through payroll deduction. The process relied on in-person service and manual data entry, with placement penetration stuck at 9%.

Challenge

Digitize origination end to end for people aged 60 and over, on entry-level devices: biometrics, credit bureau lookup, NOM-151 (Mexican digital timestamping standard) sealing and traceability for CNBV (Mexico's banking and securities regulator), without sacrificing accessibility or time to production.

A multichannel solution on OutSystems ODC:

  • Platform: OutSystems ODC โ€” mobile-first PWA with offline operation support
  • Identity: INE (national ID) biometrics, liveness check and OCR data extraction
  • Integrations: RENAPO (national population registry), INE, the credit bureau and IMSS
  • Signature: video acceptance and digital handwritten signature with NOM-151 sealing
  • Analytics: conversion dashboards by stage of the credit flow

SISCON's scope on this project was the analysis and design of the solution. The project was awarded to another vendor within the client's procurement process, so the design never reached production. The figures above correspond to the sizing of the design, not to operating results.
