A cloud-native platform on Kubernetes. Web apps, mobile apps, workflows and agents live side by side as assets with their own lifecycle.
Mentor
AI-driven app generation and evolution, anchored to your company's model. It lets you review the plan and its impact on every asset before the changes are applied.
Agent Workbench
A full agent lifecycle: build, test, deploy and monitor. Native MCP support to connect agents to systems and tools.
Open models
A model-agnostic approach: Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, IBM watsonx or your own models, without locking you into one vendor.
Governance and observability
Configurable corporate guardrails, pre-production evaluations and agent monitoring with consumption, relevance and security metrics.
O11 and ODC coexistence
OutSystems 11 remains supported with no end-of-life date. There is data and logic interoperability plus single sign-on between both environments, and ODC Self-Hosted when the project demands data sovereignty.

Analysis and solution design
Functional requirements, architecture, data model and integrations on ODC. This is the ground where we have documented experience in the Mexican financial sector.
UX design and accessibility
Wireframes, interface and a mobile-first clickable prototype, with WCAG 2.1 level AA accessibility for users with low digital familiarity or entry-level devices.
Compliance and traceability
Control design for regulated sectors: CNBV (Mexico's banking and securities regulator), LFPDPPP (Mexico's federal personal data protection law) and NOM-151 (the Mexican standard for digital timestamping and record preservation), with an auditable log at every stage of the business process.
Where we stand today, unvarnished
SISCON's OutSystems partner certification is in progress and we do not yet have an OutSystems use case in production. We say it up front because we would rather lose a project for telling the truth than win one on promises we cannot keep.
What we can do today: assign OutSystems architects and developers under our Staffing model, with the profile and experience level we define together in the discovery session. And contribute the analysis and design of the solution, where we already have documented work in the financial sector.

Digital loan origination for pensioners
Context
A Mexican financial institution in the pension sector that places loans to IMSS (Mexico's social security institute) pensioners through payroll deduction. The process relied on in-person service and manual data entry, with placement penetration stuck at 9%.
Challenge
Digitize origination end to end for people aged 60 and over, on entry-level devices: biometrics, credit bureau lookup, NOM-151 (Mexican digital timestamping standard) sealing and traceability for CNBV (Mexico's banking and securities regulator), without sacrificing accessibility or time to production.
Design delivered by SISCON
A multichannel solution on OutSystems ODC:
- Platform: OutSystems ODC — mobile-first PWA with offline operation support
- Identity: INE (national ID) biometrics, liveness check and OCR data extraction
- Integrations: RENAPO (national population registry), INE, the credit bureau and IMSS
- Signature: video acceptance and digital handwritten signature with NOM-151 sealing
- Analytics: conversion dashboards by stage of the credit flow
Design sizing
SISCON's scope on this project was the analysis and design of the solution. The project was awarded to another vendor within the client's procurement process, so the design never reached production. The figures above correspond to the sizing of the design, not to operating results.
